When I came across Simon Macharia's real estate investor websites (Realestateinvestorswebsites.net, CWF Properties), I was naturally excited about it after watching the videos on their website.
The websites seemed to have the capability to do everything I wanted plus more. I called to ask pre-sales questions and to make sure I was not being taken for a ride. I am not too comfortable buying things on the internet and I like to know what I am getting before I spend my money.
To cut the long story short, I ended up buying the website and as Simon had promised, they created a one of a kind design for me based on the vision that I had for my business.
The website itself has a lot more features than are presented on their website and you get a pleasant surprise when you log into the back office.
I will recommend this website to all my friends. If you are in real estate and do not have a website, you don't know what you are missing. This website saves you a lot of time and money, plus I can sell and rent my properties right from my website, as well as buy houses from the same website.

At first i thought the same thing till Simon started double dipping my bank account and now he has shut off my webite and he refuses to call me back or e-mail on this matter! So i would NOT! Recommend this website service to anyone!
